General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the user ("you" or "user") and hbje ("we", "us", or "platform") for all services provided through the hbje platform and website hbje.lat.

By accessing hbje, registering an account, or using any of our services, you are giving your full consent to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These terms must be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Those documents form an integral part of these terms.

1.1 Definitions

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

hbje is open only to individuals aged 21 or above. If a minor creates an account using false information, that account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited. We reserve the right to verify age.

2.2 Account Registration

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, they will be closed and bonuses will be forfeited. When creating an account, you must provide the following accurate information:

• Full name (as per national identity card)
• Active mobile number
• Email address (if applicable)
• Date of birth
• Preferred payment method

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

hbje reserves the right to verify identity at any time. You may be asked to submit the following documents for verification:

• Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Submitting false documents will result in account termination.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on hbje:

• Rocket — Mobile Banking
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. No transactions below these limits will be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, additional time may be required in cases involving KYC verification or unusual activity.

3.4 Withdrawal Terms

Before requesting a withdrawal, please ensure that:

• Your account's KYC verification has been completed
• All wagering requirements on active bonuses have been fulfilled
• The withdrawal account number is your own and matches your registered details
• There is no active investigation on your account

Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for deposits on hbje.

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. If you deposit ৳18,000, you will receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total of ৳28,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times, applied only to the bonus amount (not the deposit plus bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once, unless clearly stated otherwise
• If you request a withdrawal after accepting a bonus without completing the wagering requirements, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited
• Winnings from a bonus will be added to your regular balance after wagering is complete
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed
• hbje reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time

4.4 VIP Program

hbje has four VIP tiers. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

VIP cashback applies only to bets placed with real money, not bonus funds.

Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the hbje platform are conducted honestly and transparently. We use SSL encryption and fair play technology. The outcome of each game is determined by an independent random number generator (RNG).

5.2 Game-Specific Terms

Different rules may apply to different game categories. The method for calculating wagering may vary between slot games, live casino, and sports betting. The specific rules for each game can be found in the game interface.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to any technical error or disconnection, hbje will review the situation and make a decision. Server-side logs will be considered the final record. hbje reserves the right to void any winnings awarded as a result of a software error.

5.4 Sports Betting

The odds displayed when placing a bet in the sports betting section are not final. Odds may change up until the event begins. If a match is cancelled or results in a draw, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. Maximum limits apply to live betting.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbje platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account
• Playing using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities
• Attempting to defraud or manipulate other users
• Attempting to pass account verification using false information
• Interfering with or hacking the platform's security systems
• Conducting transactions using a third-party payment method

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.

Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by hbje

hbje may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraud or suspicious activity
• Providing false information
• KYC verification failure
• Extended period of account inactivity

7.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw all valid balances before closing your account. It may not be possible to reactivate a closed account.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

9.3 Limitation of Damages

Under no circumstances shall hbje's liability exceed the principal amount of the relevant transaction. hbje is not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages.

Dispute Resolution

10.1 Filing a Complaint

10.2 Formal Disputes

If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, both parties will present the dispute in writing. hbje's decision shall be considered final in resolving the dispute, unless a clear technical error is proven.

10.3 Time Limit

Any dispute must be submitted within 30 days of the incident. Complaints filed after this period may not be accepted.

Changes to Terms

hbje reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, reasonable advance notice will be given to users where possible. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
